The Northern Vermont Artist Association was founded in 1931, by a group of Burlington, VT., artists, making it one of VT's oldest continuing art organizations. Membership to the NVAA is open to any visual artist, working in any media, who lives in Vermont, anywhere between Middlebury and the Canadian Border. Membership is non juried, and the dues are $15 annually (our dues year runs from Jan. 1st through Dec. 31st.)    It has been my privilege to serve as the president of the NVAA since 1995.
